The annual Shooting Sports Field Day begin in 2017 with a partnership between the Frazer Men’s Ministry and the Alabama Conservation Enforcement Officer Association.
The purpose is to introduce safe and responsible use of firearms. Stations included bb guns, rifles, shotguns, archery, and tree stand safety. A highlight for older youth and adults is clay target shooting. Participants are encouraged to fellowship together while enjoying a free hotdog lunch after completing all stations. Youth participants are entered into a drawing for a free Alabama Lifetime Hunting License compliments of ACEOA.
